Our three core pillars
People
Education
Response
People are the critical first line of defence in cybersecurity, and effective awareness training empowers them to recognise, prevent, and respond to threats, significantly reducing the risk of human error and data breaches.
Education is essential in cybersecurity as it equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to understand evolving threats, fosters a proactive security mindset and strengthens an organisation’s overall resilience against cyber risks.
Effective incident response is crucial in cybersecurity as it enables organisations to quickly detect, contain, and recover from cyberattacks, minimising damage and maintaining business continuity while learning from each event to improve future defences.
Face-to-face and group training sessions
Help employees develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to play an active role in your security strategy
Our on-site and live virtual sessions are designed to be interactive and relevant to your industry. Delivered by UK-based security specialists, these group training sessions use real-world examples such as like recent phishing campaigns or compliance breaches to spark discussion and apply lessons directly to employees’ roles. Group workshops can be tailored for executives, front-line staff, or entire departments, ensuring everyone knows their role in protecting the business.
Sessions typically run for 60–90 minutes and can be delivered at your premises, conference events or team away days.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to some of the most common staff training questions we get asked
Can sessions be conducted remotely or will I need to travel off-site?
Both. Our trainers travel across the UK for on-site sessions or can deliver live group sessions online via secure conferencing platforms such as Microsoft TEAMS or Zoom.
Is the training suitable for non-technical employees?
Absolutely. Workshops and digital content are written in plain English with practical examples everyone can understand. Remember, it is not just technical staff who are targeted or who pose a risk to your business. In many cases in fact, it can be quite the opposite – so it is important for all staff members to be trained in the current threat landscape and have processes in place on how best to identify and mitigate these risks as and when they happen.
Can we tailor training for specific departments?
Yes. Sessions can be customised by role (finance, HR, IT etc) to align examples and incident types with real workflows.
How long does setup take for the online training platform?
Most clients are set up within 48 hours, and users can start courses immediately.
Do you provide reports for compliance audits?
Yes. Full attendance records test results, and completion certificates are included – perfect for FCA, ISO or Cyber Essentials reviews.
